- All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We ensure that our prices are up to current. The prices can be viewed from our website.
- Prices are subject to change without advance notice and any changes in price are reflected online and/or printed advertisements.
Services
- Our services are described as accurately as possible on our website. However we do not warrant that the description is accurate. Where we become aware of any error in description, we reserve the right to rectify it.

- Our environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect all spa guests right to privacy. Please turn off all cellular phones while inside any of our spa rooms.
- Please advise us of any health conditions or injuries that could affect your treatment before the start of the service
- Our equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every treatment and service, in keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety, and hygiene
- We (the staff) cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of personal items. Please keep all valuables with you during your visit.
- Etiquette standard; We reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason that we consider to be inappropriate conduct or language during a service. This will result in immediate termination of the service.
Cancellations
- We highly recommend that you schedule your appointments in advance to ensure that your preferred date and time of service is available
- If you are unable to attend your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or change of appointment date. No changes allowed after 24 hours to your booked appointment.
- Where cancellation notification is not received 24 hours prior to a treatment start time, and a no-show to the appointment, the full charge for unused spa time will be processed
